CLASSES – You can book and cancel classes, purchase class packs and join a waitlist and get notified when you have a spot in the class

- Boxer’s Boxing Class: Once the bell goes off it’s time to work! These classes run from 45 minutes – 1 hour of work that will work your whole body and mind. Either if your goal is to get tone, weight loss, improve as a fighter or simply step out of your comfort zone, this is your class. Our trainers are focused on proper technique, solid combinations, improved footwork and make sure you get the most of your time.
- Fighter’s Boxing Class: Experienced with boxing? Dive deeper into your craft and perfect your technique. This is where you’ll find the trainers teach you proper technique, foundation and footwork running from 45 minutes – 1 hour.
- Youth Boxing Class: This class is for kids as young as 7 years old and up to 14 years old. During these 45 minutes – 1-hour classes, kids will learn boxing skills, technique, and self-defense. Coaches design their training based on their skill level of the group. The focus is making this class as welcoming and inclusive as possible by teaching teamwork and partner drills.
- Yoga for Boxers: We understand the importance to decompress. So, we’ve added yoga for boxers! Our yoga instructors designed this class to help you loosen up and stretch all the muscles you use daily during your boxing training. Relaxation, stretching and recovery is most important as part of your training regimen.



PERSONAL TRAINING – Book your personal training sessions and have a customized plan to work on your technique, footwork, get stronger and overall check off your fitness goals. Our trainer’s work toward your offense, defense, head movement and strength-training abilities.

WORK OUT STATS – Track your performance with your intergraded health app. This is where we grab your information and let you compete in real-time against everyone else! You can take the classes at the time that convenient for you but still compete against others. The app will give you access to the leaderboard and gives you that extra push.
